They design, manufacture, sell and install the best electric vehicle charge points for discerning home and business owners. This fantastic tech start-up are looking for a Customer Sales Support Assistant to support the office. This would be a full time role based at their HQ London office in Aldgate East.

There is a lot of room in the organisation for movement- within comms/ social media. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating customer installations from point of purchase to their actual installation. You will be overseeing all communications between the in house engineering team and the client to ensure the client gets their charger in the smoothest, efficient way possible.
  • Fielding all phone calls and responding to online chats. These vary from sales calls, general customer queries, first line support technical installation and customer troubleshooting calls.
  • Responsible for claiming the customers government grants in an accurate and timely fashion.

Key Requirements:

  • The right candidate will have naturally good time management skills.
  • They will be comfortable using Excel
  • Have a calm and intelligent customer service attitude within the spirit of a London based tech start up.
  • The role requires attention to detail and an ability to juggle and finish tasks that sometimes change.
  • You’ll have a professional can do, customer service attitude and an ability to mix in with a small friendly team.
  • A keen eye for suggesting how to improve our communications and processing systems across all channels.
  • You’ll have a flexible attitude and want to immediately get stuck in.
