Job Description - Recruitment Consultant – PropTech
This is an incredible opportunity to become integral to our client and play a role in helping to grow their Product and Tech practice.
As a consultant you will work alongside a team of experienced PropTech recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with candidates, including interviewing new candidates and managing those registered on profile.
You’ll ideally have a passion for tech and ideally some experience within recruitment or sales, or a proven track record of developing business from scratch.
Responsibilities
• Generating revenue by making placements
• Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
• Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
• Developing existing relationships
• Sending CVs to clients, for existing roles or on a speculative basis
• Developing an understanding of the market
• Researching news and developments affecting the PropTech industry in order to build knowledge and credibility within the market place
• Proactively acting upon information gathered from candidates, clients and research
• Selling the services offered to potential clients over the phone and during meetings
• Writing and posting job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
Required skills
• Good understanding of technology / IT.
