This role will begin as a 4 month internship with the possibility of going perm at the end. 

They are a leading last mile delivery platform that connects small and big businesses to a fleet of geolocalised couriers. They empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day delivery, next-day delivery and return solutions. They work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and ecommerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to get in on the ground level at fast growing an innovative start-up. They are looking for a highly motivated Junior Onboarding Executive that will help improve the courier onboarding, engagement and fleet management processes. In collaboration with the local team, you will help build the highest quality fleet possible, streamline the courier communication and feedback processes as well as respond to ad-hoc operational challenges and concerns of the couriers. You will be reporting to the Onboarding Manager.

The position will initially be on the basis of a fixed-term rolling contract with the potential to develop into a permanent position for the right candidate.


  • Leading the onboarding process for new couriers
  • Cold-calling potential drivers to sign up to the platform
  • Travelling around London to conduct in-person onboarding sessions (not always required)
  • Conducting courier onboarding sessions which includes (but is not limited to):
  • Checking Right to Work documents and storing information
  • Checking insurance documents
  • Distributing equipment to couriers
  • Answering any questions on being a courier
  • Responding to ongoing courier queries, issues and feedback
  • Interviewing potential drivers and helping them through the sign-up process
  • Providing insight on the driver sign-up journey and suggesting potential improvements
  • Working closely alongside the Courier Operations team to streamline processes

  • Hands-on and a strong work ethic
  • Be data-driven and passionate about problem-solving - no day is the same
  • Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to champion your opinion/ideas
  • An ability to work autonomously / independent mindset and able to use initiative
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Previous experience in operations or logistics is a big plus!
  • Willing to travel to nearby cities (travel expenses covered)
  • Ability to work paid overtime hours when required.
