Specific tasks/responsibilities

• Developing and assisting the CEO to develop prospective clients and professional connections/business introducers

• Liaising with and developing other business partners such as non-profit organisations the company is sponsoring

• Managing events

• Managing the firm’s contacts database, particularly in relation to prospective clients, professional connections and business introducers

• Proactively managing the prospective client tracker

• Managing mailing

• Managing website

• Developing the firm’s brand and related suite of marketing materials

• Promoting the firm generally
