The company provides full regulatory hosting solutions within its regulatory incubation platform providing firms with all relevant permissions, allowing them to undertake a wide range of activities, including EEA passporting.
How you expect the candidate to spend their day:
Supporting the Senior level Compliance and Business Development team members.
Direct opportunity to engage with Head of Compliance, Head of Legal and Head of Business Development. Exposed to the financial services sector working with start-up firms, crowd funding platforms and traditional asset management firms seeking FCA authorisation.
Creating bespoke proposals to potential and current clients, creating compliance housekeeping and monitoring documents. Opportunity to develop and fine tune internal and external processes.
Day to day admin, data entry, reporting etc when required.
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
Be able to embrace, process and deliver.
Familiarity with legal and compliance related frameworks.
Genuine interest in Financial Services, entrepreneurial personality and experience in an office environment.
Motivated and confident working independently as well as within a team.
Experienced using Microsoft Office 365.
Approachable, punctual, organised and well presented.
