Specific tasks/responsibilities

• Administration

o Ensuring client files are up to date, complete and tidy (and include current AML documentation)

• Assisting financial planners

o Gathering data to support the production of reports

o Providing support to ensure that reports are produced and dispatched to clients in a timely manner

o Minute taking for client and prospect meetings

o Inputting client data into AO

o Liaising with product providers

• Completing training

• Acquiring knowledge of the business procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance by adhering to company procedures and following a structured learning and exam programme
