How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Providing accurate quotes (in line with their rate card)
  • Responding to customers; making sure they are aware orders are being processed
  • Providing mock-ups, designs, proofs and samples when requested
  • Checking products received by suppliers
  • Ensuring products are dispatched to customers quickly and accurately whether internal or external
  • Following up on orders to provide 360 customer service and encouraging additional sales
  • Encourage add on buys and more diverse purchases through product knowledge
  • Encourage customers to complete orders through exemplary customer service.
  • Highlight orders which require a follow up from the Team Lead or Account Manager; monitoring the outcome and ensuring they have been actioned in a reasonable timescale.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to The Branding Team; ensuring that you remain consistent with all engagements with customers and suppliers.

  • Outgoing personality with high EQ. Confident reaching out to new clients via the phone and in person
  • Outgoing organisational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Innovative who can operate independently while also complementing a team environment
  • Self-starter to hit the ground running with energy, imagination and passion
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office
