We have several roles in Customer Success for German speakers, from junior to senior management level, in an innovative, fast growing fin-tech company. Our client is shaking up the industry to become the leading small business lender.

  • Customer Journey Executives

These roles involve:

  • Developing the early stages of client relationships
  • Gaining understanding in the SME customer base
  • Pitching to customers
  • Evaluating services and making recommendations
  • Handling request via Live Chat and email
  • A perfect blend of onboarding, admin and finance
  • Analysing data, drawing trends and writing up reports

This role would suit someone:

  • With understanding and knowledge in financial-technology and small business lending
  • Analytical, interested in data and good with numbers
  • With experience dealing with customers/ clients and difficult situations involving customers
  • With a proactive self-starter approach who enjoys working as a team as well as autonomously
