The company was set up after seeing a growing number of businesses and individuals struggling to grow and develop without incurring severe stress.

With over 20 years experience, mainly operating in the marketing and communications sector, they mentor and coach teams and clients to identify their goals, helping them find their path and to achieve great things. 

 

A great opportunity to be involved in a start-up aiming to shake up the events industry and the world of workplace wellbeing.

We are looking for a partner to grow this consultancy from its infancy. Only a year old, this start-up has already secured great marketing opportunities and some initial clients. The successful applicant will be instrumental in supporting on marketing, sales, events and developing the strategy for future products and services.

They are the 'new investors in people', aiming to ensure focus on data insights from each industry they operate in rather than creating a general approach. Our first industry of focus is the events and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Insights - You will be involved in industry research and helping to develop a white paper sharing the results.

Accountability - The pledge scheme audits businesses to track their stress levels. Your role will include recruiting people onto the programme, running the audits and helping to streamline the system.

Support - Supporting all the pledgers over the year, you will help run the team and provide them with collateral as needed. The company also runs mental health first aider training, stress management workshops and many others. You will be involved in organising these workshops and helping to develop content.
