She has also developed her course Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) course for therapists which is offered both as online and  ‘in-person’ training. There are currently over 4000 certified RTT therapists worldwide and this is growing significantly.

MP is launching her Rapid Transformational Therapy Coaching (RTTC) course later this year which will bring together the best of coaching with award winning therapeutic techniques.

The company managed everything from product development, digital marketing, sales, support and finance in-house.


How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

The role involves data analytics and customer attribution. It will be focused on the creation and analysis of data pathways inside the  organisation.  

We currently have over 300k leads in our system and we are onboarding a minimum of 10k new leads per month.  

The role will be to understand the optimum customer flow along with the marketing team to create a proven model of the customer journey based upon real analytical evidence. This will involve using our CRM and data analytics tools to extract data and build reporting models. There will be significant manual reporting build whilst we are gathering the requirements for automation.

For example:

Currently have 300k records of which 20k who have never purchased anything.

We have some information on the buyers and some information on the non-buyers.

We have some information of those who go to the top of the funnels to pick up the free lead magnets.

Looking for daily, weekly and monthly info such as:

• Those who visited the website

• The demographic

• Who got stuck in the sales funnel

• Those people who buy more than most

Effectively somebody who can make sense of the data.

Somebody who can look at the data and say eg




More likely to buy

It is not just looking at data

Use it to make sense

Use it to make assumptions

Those assumptions will be used to increase data to 2 million and to use the data to acquire and buy companies.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in economics, mathematics or a related subject.

They will be proficient in data manipulation using Excel or Google sheets with knowledge of macro creation and pivot tables.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrable attention to detail.

An understanding and passion for data and a deep curiosity about customer behaviour would be a great advantage.
