How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Managing a portfolio of Clients
  • Managing client requests and working with internal departments to deliver on requests.
  • Maintaining and updating client information using internal tools
  • Learn, understand internal software to assist new and existing clients
  • Working with numerous internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts in maximising opportunities.
  • Researching potential new partners
  • Researching products online
  • Assist in ensuring that all products are accurately presented across all channels
  • Look for ways to improve product information

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • Are devoted to your client relationships – you are always thinking of your client’s needs and are outstanding at building trusting partnerships
  • Are a planner and an organizer.
  • Are motivated by being part of a fast-paced environment and have the mindset that no job is too small.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or client management
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must
  • Experience with Mac OS, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs a plus
