  • To act as the main technical consultant on Voice of the Customer client accounts
  • To support clients during the set up stage to design and spec a fit for purpose solution based on their requirements
  • To advise clients on the best technical solutions to address their needs
  • To deliver all aspects of the technical set up of the programme including sample transfer, survey scripting, data processing and data outputs
  • To liaise with the clients’ IT/technical teams to build and deploy solutions
  • To manage any technical changes to the programme
  • To identify ways to evolve the programme to ensure it remains fit for purpose
  • To work alongside the client services team to manage each client account
  • To manage project scoping during the implementation and on an ongoing basis
  • To upskill members of the client services team to give them an understanding of the technical components of the programme
  • To work closely with the R&D team to develop client offerings



  • You will have worked or would like to work in a role where your primary focus was scripting and/or data processing
  • Experience of programming using Decipher or Confirmit
  • Knowledge of other platforms would be advantageous
  • Proven experience of working with SPSS or other data processing tools
  • Have experience and knowledge of web technology, online panels and databases
