Our client is an independent, owner-managed alternative asset management company authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”), based in London with alliance offices in Milan.
Our client offers access to a range of inventive multi-asset capacity-constrained niche products. Their unorthodox portfolio construction and unconventional investment strategy is a response to today’s transformational markets.
This is a 3 month internship with a view to being permanent all things being well, offering £16K - £23K depending on experience based in Mayfair, Central London
Day-to-day activities will include…
We are looking for an intern who is ready to take on stimulating projects and gain exposure to the Asset Management industry
Supporting data management pipeline in the daily operations
Maintenance of codebase for data acquisition, cleaning and storing
Credit analytics, big data analysis
Conducting quantitative analysis on alternative credit markets
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications…
Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
Computer science or mathematical, or science degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Extensive experience of programming in Python
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
Previous internships and research experience is considered a plus
