They are a next generation sales platform that uses AI to stream leads in real-time. Their service can be used for lead enrichment, lead generation and sales automation. They already have a number of high profile paying customers and have recently released native applications for Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. They’re on a mission to improve the quality of business data used by sales and marketing teams.

You will be working as part of the Product Team and with Technical Team to research third party products and technologies. You will be expected to gather understanding of these technologies, provide analysis and documentation, and become the internal expert on them.

Two important areas for this role will be work in the email deliverability space and work in the Data projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate products and technologies as advised by the Product Team and achieved thorough understanding on them
  • Carry out analysis on your findings and convert them in digestible documentation
  • Draw recommendations on potential and best use based on your findings
  • Learn from the developers and product managers about the email deliverability space
  • Carry out experimentations aimed at the discovery of best approaches and practices
  • Manage our Data project to help us increase the quality of our data
  • Assist the assigned product managers with any new related tasks
  • Work efficiently as part of the Product Team

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and ability to discuss tasks to a level of detail appropriate to audience
  • Analytical skills to be able to discover and recognise patterns and turns them into summary the wider business can use
  • Interest in technology and the ability to understand and learn within the field
  • Excellent level of written English to produce clear and effective documentation
  • Due to international expansion, fluency in a European language is desirable although not mandatory.
