How you can expect to spend your day:

As the business is in an extremely healthy financial position, you will not have short term aggressive KPI’s, and will work towards long term success.

As a resource it will be your job to support the principle recruitment consultants with certain tasks, these include:

  • Sourcing candidates from various platforms
  • Interviewing candidates at a range of levels from junior to senior for a wide variety of digital & Mobile focussed roles
  • Candidate Management
  • Database maintenance
  • Ensuring quality assurance compliance
  • Network and advertise to potential candidates
  • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Provide recommendations to improve candidate’s CV’s
  • Promote the brand– being proud to work for an independent agency that really understands the way the Digital & Mobile industry works

As a successful Resourcer the role will develop over time and you will start to:

  • Offer a professional, complete recruitment and ‘after placement’ service to clients and candidate
  • To provide an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of large clients, including media owners, technology businesses, brands / client-side and start-ups to help build their teams
  • Prep candidates before interviews, and provide insight to client/interviewers
  • Provide feedback to all candidates and clients following interviews
  • Attend relevant media events, awards and social engagements both UK and abroad
