This digital media & technology company work within the music, entertainment and sport industries. They provide data driven marketing using a range of innovative, cutting edge technologies. Their main clients include key brand agencies and direct relationships with global brands including MasterCard, Universal Music, HP and Samsung.

They are 3 years old and growing fast! They are now looking to find a new team member who’ll be with them for the long haul. Ambitious, hard working, creative and organized are just a few of the skills they’re looking for. 


This is a 3 month paid internship. Salary: £19k pro rata.

How you can expect to spend your day:


  1. Pre-event planning, budgeting and supplier management
  2. On site event assistance
  3. Supervision of brand ambassadors
  4. Guest list management
  5. Ticketing and customer service


  1. Helping to create budgets, proposals and project plans
  2. Helping source and building relationships with event staff and third party suppliers
  3. Attending client workshops and meetings
  4. Email and phone call communication with clients
  5. Attending internal meetings and brainstorms
  6. Providing customer service support for our ticketing app and guest lists for events
  7. Helping to create event timelines and schedules
  8. Managing and training event staff
  9. On site event assistant (may be required to work some evenings and weekends)
  10. Purchasing kit for projects and events


  1. General office management
  2. PA to directors including diary management
  3. Taking meeting minutes
  4. Christmas party organisation and other social activities
  5. Managing staff holidays
  6. Proof reading and spell checking contracts and proposals
  7. Maintaining team diaries, timesheets and constant monitoring of expenditure
  8. Helping to create business plans

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

  1. A problem solver, proactive, highly organised, adaptable, efficient and detail orientated
  2. A strong communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  4. Able to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision and calmly under pressure
  5. Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload to deadlines
  6. Experience organising events (desirable)
  7. Experience in front of house
  8. Comfortable working in a small close knit team
  9. Computer literate with at least intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite of programmes, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  10. A keen interest in keeping up to date with emerging technologies
  11. The drive to constantly improve, learn and grow.
  12. A keen interest in music and sport
  13. Educated to degree level
