Our client is a new skincare start-up company. The brand incorporates a unique blend of natural ingredients and nutrients into skincare products

 

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

  • Complex Diary Coordination
  • International and National Multi Stop Travel coordination and full itineraries
  • Getting involved across the business in areas of interest i.e. Marketing (Events) and Recruitment.
  • Arranging all internal and external meetings
  • Organizing events including away days and client entertainment
  • Email and Telephone Screening
  • Document preparation
  • Building relationships across the company
  • Ad-Hoc support to the Marketing team
  • Travel abroad – business trips

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and able to work within a team environment
  • Enthusiastic and Positive
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Possess exemplary time management, multi-tasking, detail oriented and organisational skills while able to work independently
  • Love Travelling abroad!
