Our client is a global information business providing essential B2B information to global and specialist markets, in particular providing price discovery, market intelligence and events across their segments.  The group’s businesses include Euromoney, Fastmarkets, Institutional Investor, BCA Research, Ned Davis Research and a variety of specialist information and publishing brands


This is an internship role for 6 months offering £20K pro rata with no opportunity for a permanent role
Key Responsibilities of the role
Supporting the team with a broad range of company secretarial and administrative work to promote good corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance and effective assistance to the Group’s Board of Directors

Day-to-day activities will include…
  • Assisting with the administration of the Group’s trademark and domain name portfolio
  • Statutory record keeping and regulatory filings
  • Assisting with the Group’s regulatory obligations
  • Supporting the team with preparation for Board and Committee meetings
  • Shareholder relations
      • Review and update investor relations website
      • Assist with drafting ancillary AGM documentation and organisation of the meeting
      • Respond to shareholder enquiries and liaise with registrars
  • Supporting with the production of the Annual Report
  • Ad hoc matters
    • Assisting with transactional projects (e.g. acquisitions and disposals) and departmental initiatives
    • Managing payment of invoices
    • Filing
