Information on the company

Our client is one of the world's leading luxury cruise ship company's. Travelling to some of the world's most intriguing destinations whilst being looked after in luxurious style.  


This position is based by Victoria paying £18,000. 

How you can expect to spend your day;

4 days with the HR dept.

  • Handling requests from employees across all the company’s offices
  • Looking after contracts, wages and bonuses
  • Help write and send out invitations and other important documents
  • Ensuring all operations run smoothly across the different departments

1 day with the Finance dept.

  • Issuing invoices
  • Making sure all reports are correct and up-to-date
  • Checking payments, sums and forecasting


The ideal candidates personality and qualifications;

  • Hard working, diligent and professional
  • Intermediate level of Excel and PVT skills
  • No experience necessary – full training will be provided
  • Interest in travel would be preferred but not necessary
