A healthcare organisation responsible for the successful management and delivery of healthcare services provided to over two million people living in North West London, ensuring local residents receive high quality, modern and sustainable healthcare services.  


This is initially a 6 month internship until 31/3/2020 paying £23,213 pa

How can you expect to spend your day? 

The company is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to work as part of a team and have a key role in supporting the team in carrying out activities requested to support the HR advisor. The post-holder will help provide and coordinate HR administrative services; including, for example, assisting with structured charts, updating the intranet with new leavers and starters, helping with contracts, taking minutes for grievance meetings, producing monthly reports for fixed-term contract staff, and liaising with team managers.

  10. Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.  

Desired experience (but not prerequisites): 

  1. Administrative and/or HR experience, including initiating and maintaining office systems.
  2. Experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
