As part of our Group Development Programme we have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop a career within Human Resources.

The successful candidate will work closely with members of the HR team undertaking projects in businesses as well as gaining experience in reward, HR analytics, talent and recruitment specialisms.

As a core part of the role the successful applicant will also provide administrative support for the Group Chief People Officer.

The company is prepared to sponsor the successful candidate to complete professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, if required.



  1. Work with the Chief People Officer and provide support as required on a range of operational and strategic projects.
  2. Support the day to day administration of the Chief People Officer: diary management, preparation of documents and presentations for executive committee and senior HR leadership meetings.
  3. Act as a support to HR generalists gaining exposure and experience in employee relations, global mobility, learning and development, HR systems, analytics, recruitment and reward.
  4. Participate in annual HR cycles such as performance management, talent management process & training needs analysis by providing administrative and analytical support.
  5. Support HR Operations team during busy periods in order to master HR administration.
  6. Provide support on a variety of global projects as the need arise.

Your personality and qualifications:

  1. You must have a degree, with a minimum 2.1 from a good university.
  2. Candidates will either be recently graduated or possess 1-2 years work experience ideally within Human Resources and/or committed to building a career within the function.
  3. Must be prepared to work hard and be resourceful and energetic, this role requires a career minded individual.
  4. The candidate should exhibit excellent verbal and written communications, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and internal clients.
  5. Strong analytical and numerical skills will be valuable.
