Our client is a new skincare start-up company. The brand incorporates a unique blend of natural ingredients and nutrients into skincare products

 

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

  • Manage recruitment process
  • Facilitate the shortlisting process
  • Implement modern sourcing and recruiting methods
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates
  • Carry out right to work and DBS checks
  • Drive the offer process
  • Issue offer letters and contracts- responsible for producing and coordinating all HR documentation
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Ability to search for talents
  • Responsible for ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained – provide ongoing administrative support by maintaining and updating HR policies/procedures, compiling contracts and completing relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure all employee records are stored confidentially- keep up to date with data protection requirement
  • Managing the new starter, leaver and mover trackers – ensuring documentation is received, checked and shared with other departments as appropriate
  • Encourage change in the business, be confident with coming up with new HR ideas fitting to the business needs.
  • Ensure new employees are ready and equipped with necessary IT equipment to being work
  • Ensure new employees have access to employee benefits in line with company policy and their contract.
  • To Coordinate all absences, holiday request and appraisals
  • Organize Training programs

  • Enthusiastic and Positive
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Possess exemplary time management, multi-tasking, detail oriented and organisational skills while able to work independently
