Specific tasks/responsibilities

• Ensuring staff HR files are up to date, complete and tidy

• Conducting staff on-boarding and leaving

• Ensuring annual career development plans are completed

• Liaising with recruitment agents

• Administering recruitment exercises

• Attending and taking notes in interviews

• Administering all reference taking and credit checking

• Maintaining staff training records

• Maintaining pension records and updating Hargreaves Lansdown of personnel changes

• Updating Legal & General with annual staff changes for death-in-service purposes

• Assisting in the design and administration of internship programmes

• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are kept up to date

• Assisting in the annual renewal of the Corporate Chartered Financial Planner status

• Acquiring knowledge of HR procedures and ensuring compliance by adhering to these procedures

• Training towards appropriate qualification in HR
