Founded in 2016  we manufacture and sell high-end shoes for men and women. The brand is rapidly recognised for the impeccable style and uttermost quality of  our handmade shoes, and has caught the praise of the sartorial world revolving around London's Savile Row. 


Located in the creative central hub of London, our client is busier than ever and the team is growing.  

They are looking for a Customer Success & Office Management Intern to join their fantastic team! This is a critical role for the business at this time in their journey.

As a Customer Success & Office Management Intern, you are to be a motivated, hands-on, initiative-taking individual who will support in the office day-to-day operations, supply-chain, order fulfilment and event organisation. Throughout this role, you will report to the Client Services Manager, as well as upper management who will provide regular feedback and help to navigate your role, as well as coach you on the supporting tools we use and teach you about the luxury industry.

This role is an excellent opportunity to see what processes are needed to keep a business in the luxury industry growing.

Upon completion, there is a potential to convert to a full-time role within our company.

Main activities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with their order & shipping software to arrange and print shipping labels for e-commerce orders
  • Arrange and receive inbound shipments from suppliers
  • Prepare all luxury packaging materials
  • Assist company directors with executing organization wide tasks
  • Assist in organizing VIP events
  • Accurately pick customer and wholesale orders and pack for shipment
  • Assist in photoshoot and creation of creative assets
  • Process client orders
  • Keep shoe inventories up-to-date
  • Manage office supply stock
