We provide bespoke non-surgical treatment programs to enhance natural beauty, instil con?dence and to help address concerns or issues that may be preventing you from feeling like the best version of yourself. We call this wellness that works.
We need someone to take and own the patient journey from patient inqury, patient experience, patient checkout and to work closely with our marketing team. The main task is to run the front desk during business hours so the following is fundamental to the role:
-Check in patients
-Check patients out
-Book patients and confirm appointments
-Manage clinic diaries across all locations
- Assist in sales of skincare
-Answer patient inquiries
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
Ideal candidate is organised, friendly, understands basic computer applications. Reliable and trustworthy are key we are a small company.
We would love to work with anyone that is creative and would enjoy assisting in marketing and the retail experience. We are quite an arty fun passionate group of individuals!
