Customer Success Associate
Acting as the first point of contact for many of our customers, the candidate will have first hand insight to our customers feedback and common queries. They'll be proactive in sharing this feedback and helping our team continue to focus on a customer lead product. The role is made up of three main responsibilities; Livechat, certifying documents and issuing mortgage in principles. These duties are spilt up between the team throughout the day to break up the day. 


We're looking for someone who;

  • Has exceptional communicating and listening skills
  • Goes the extra mile to ensure our customers are supported and educated on the mortgage and company process
  • Communicates customer feedback both good and bad to help improve our customer journey and solve customer pain points.
  • Is proactive in giving internal feedback and suggests new way of working
