Key responsibilities of the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to work within a small team in our central London office who will help build and maintain relationships with our growing client base. The role has huge growth potential within an expanding business and the possibility to grow with the team, playing a crucial role in taking the company to a new level.
The candidate must be happy to work independently, and at times work alone in the office, so they must have excellent self motivation.The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment. We are looking for a cheerful, intelligent, fast learner who will show initiative and be a self-starter. Fast touch typing will also be an advantage.
Day-to-day activities will include:
Liaising with existing and prospective customers by email and telephone to answer queries and arrange repayment plans
Following collections procedures
Liaising with debt management companies
Developing and posting social media content and SEO website content
Joining the team in creating new ideas
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm4 weekend days per month (week days given in lieu)
