A global executive search firm established in 1998 who help their clients by providing industry specialist staff typically for the technology and professional services industries. Clients include Hewlett Packard, BP and Deloitte to name three. 


How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Arrange and confirm all meeting, calls and interviews with candidates and clients (and between candidates and clients)
  • Proof reading, creating and/or formatting documents and CVs
  • Booking business travel for the partners
  • Manage the candidate CRM system
  • Create candidate profiles
  • Pre- screen candidates through desk-based research
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • 1 year administrative experience 
  • Legal experience (Through education or work)
  • Educated to degree level or an undergraduate on a year out
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with a good level of written English
  • Full proficient in using MS Office programmes
  • natural team player who enjoys contributing on tasks with others around
