A global executive search firm established in 1998 who help their clients by providing industry specialist staff typically for the technology and professional services industries. Clients include Hewlett Packard, BP and Deloitte to name three. 


How you can expect to spend your day:
  • Providing administrative support to key accounts
  • Data entry and management of the CRM system
  • Document formatting (CVs, client reports etc.)
  • Proof reading
  • Interview scheduling (for candidates with company 
  • Writing basic summaries of candidate profiles
  • General administrative duties

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
  • 1 year administrative experience (preferably in recruitment but not essential)
  • Educated to degree level or an undergraduate on a year out
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with a good level of written English
  • Full proficient in using MS Office programmes
  • natural team player who enjoys contributing on tasks with others around
