A PR agency specialising in artists from the music industry, clients include Taylor Swift, Annie Lennox and Professor Green to name three. They take a strategic and creative approach to PR across the UK and Europe, creating worthy partnerships between both brands and talent.


This is a 3 month PR internship, paying £17k per annum, based in Kensal Rise. Designed to convert into a permanent graduate position.

Day to day responsibilities of the role:

  • To help manage the day to day running of the Stoked PR office:
    • Oversee all filing
    • reception duties (e.g. ordering couriers and cars, answering the telephone)
    • Oversee all IT & communications and liaise with the accounts team
    • Supervise post and ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Media monitoring:
    • Liaising with media monitoring company and local newsagent
    • Cutting and scanning publications
    • Filing cuttings and publications
    • Monitoring online media through advanced google searches
    • Distributing cuttings and online coverage to clients
  • Assist with the weekly updates and distribution of press reports to clients
  • Oversee the Stoked PR/ clients social media 
  • Database management and upkeep
  • Handle general press queries from media and general public
  • Connect phone interviews between clients and media
  • Manage stock cupboard and concert tickets
  • Put together itineraries and schedules for clients 
  • Compiling press packs
  • Mailouts 
  • Assist in the writing of press releases

The ideal candidate's skills and experience:

  • An interest in and basic knowledge of on and offline media

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working knowledge of social media
  • Practical use of Microsoft Office packages
