A branding agency based in Shoreditch which is currently looking for an Assistant to support the Managing Director in all day to day tasks.

Working with the Managing Director, the candidate will be at the forefront of not only the business but also interaction with and relationship management of talent, in an essential role where enthusiasm, accuracy and tenacity will ensure long-term development within the business. 

ROLE:    Responsibilities and tasks include:

• Managing the schedule of the Managing Director as well as personal/ad-hoc admin. 

• Managing talent schedules and key diary moments.

• Co-ordinating and implementing project logistics, including talent social media obligations, events, dressing, travel, gifting and more. 

• Managing and creating all marketing materials and assets, including project research, pitching documents, website and company social media.

• Daily monitoring for interesting industry news and event coverage.

• Creating write up’s and sharing coverage with Managing Director and talent.

• Ensure the databases are kept tidy and up to date.

• Social and outgoing; enjoys attending events and chaperoning talent to events beyond office hours.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience in a role which requires heavy coordination and organisation on fast moving, changeable, logistics and diary management, along with expert level administration skills. 

• Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient with good time management skills.

• Presentable and ambassadorial in nature with confident and articulate communication skills.

• A proven track record of maintaining a proactive work approach and with a strong ability to multitask.

• Photo shop/ graphic design experience is desirable. 

• Strong written skills and media awareness.

• Strong interest in culture, trends and celebrity talent. 

SALARY:

£20,000 per annum
