Our client is passionate about using technology & physcology to solve the issue of Childcare. They source the best nannies, and automating parts of the matching process with the most innovative Artificial intelligence and block-chain technology solutions. They have been called the match.com of childcare! Their innovative company has been featured on the BBC, The Guardian and the Evening Standard.

 

This is a permanent role offering £20K - £25K depending on experience  based in trendy Camden, North London

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Supporting the Founder, and Senior members of the team

  • Owning the portfolio of child care service products that the company delivers

  • Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product

  • Generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Continually improving the products through reviewing customer feedback, competitor analysis and working across the team to identify areas of improvement

  • Identifying new potential products to offer new and existing parents through market research, competitor analysis and working across the team to identify new ideas. 

  • Presenting new potential product ideas to the senior team including pricing & marketing strategies with customer research

  • Managing the implementation of changes to product specification and new products

  • Working alongside the development team

  • Continually assessing the competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

  • Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

  • Like with any other startup, you’ll be expected to wear multiple hats and will be exposed to all other parts of the business

  • There are numerous opportunities to gain new skills and over time transition into one of the other parts of the business and build your career further!
