Although their roots lie in mobile, they produce digital adverts and creative strategies for all digital platforms, including digital Out-Of-Home screens.
In true start-up style, they regularly throw people in at the deep end, but with the right amount of backup and mentorship to help people succeed.
They are a talented bunch of technical specialists, designers, creative technologists, relationship managers, and strategists, crucially all under one roof!

This is a permanent position, based by Kings Cross, Central London, paying £20-22k per annum.
As an Ad Ops Assistant you will be making a key contribution to the growth of our dynamic display, social and video offering. The move into dynamic creative brings with it lots of data, your role will be to support the wider operations team with the crucial Ad Server set up.
You will be expected to provide key support to the team with the analysis of daily reports to ensure the technical set up has been completed properly and the campaign delivers in line with the creative strategy.
You will also be required to work closely with the accounts, design and development teams in order to produce ads to the high standards both the company and our clients expect. This will require excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Daily to day responsibilities:
You will gain key skills within the setup of digital media campaigns and an understanding of how to implement client’s strategies, working closely with our external and internal teams providing aid in order to retrieve target audience data, troubleshoot reports, manage and test the data within the chosen Ad Servers.
You have the opportunity to see how the different departments (Accounts, Design and Development) within the company work together to in order to produce award winning digital media campaigns.
