This company is an events and publishing company that runs regular digital marketing seminars and conferences. As well as an extensive website featuring in-depth essays, profiles, marketing case studies and video content, the company publishes a quarterly print B2B magazine dedicated to the latest insights into digital marketing.


This is a 3 month paid internship with the view to lead to a permanent job.

How can the intern expect to spend their day?

  • Growing and maintaining their CRM system through online and phone research
  • Planning and building targeted event, newsletter, and new bulletin email campaigns
  • Maintaining website (WordPress) across editorial and event pages
  • Filming, editing, and uploading event videos via third-party video platform
  • Re-engaging in-active members to attend events and receive editorial content
  • Increasing event delegate attendance & agency membership through email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Coordinating event delegates; finalising registration and answering pre-event queries
  • Assisting the production and printing of event collateral. (Liaising between designers and printers)
  • Building event delegate lists and amalgamating post-event feedback
