Our client is a leading youth marketing business. Their aim is to reach as many students and young people as possible to make their lives better. 


This is a 6 week internship paying £20K pro rata, based in Kentish Town, with the potential to turn permanent.

Our client is on their most exciting journey of growth yet! In 2017, they doubled in size, significantly growing our London, Birmingham and Manchester offices and launching for the first time in New York. In 2018, they will be doubling the size of their business again and expanding their global reach into the rest of USA, Europe and Asia.

How you can expect to spend your day:

What will they be doing?

YMS London pre event logistics including

  • Delegate list management
  • Managing access codes in Eventbrite
  • Own the Event app set up and content updates
  • Using our CMS to create content on event website
  • Coordinating and running through all LDN speaker presentations (a great sneak peek)
  • Assisting with logistics tasks for sponsored parts of YMS including Chill Out Zone, Student Beans area, Networking Drinks reception etc
  • Involvement in YMS event Festival Guide

What skills will the intern learn

  1. Gain a solid understanding of event project management
  2. Leasing with the biggest brands in youth marketing and service providers for eg, Lad Bible, Social Chain, Channel 4 and more.
  3. Insight into the world of how brands can better understand and engage with the 16 - 24 market.
  4. Will be using varied programs including: Asana, Airtable, Eventbrite, Squarespace.
