This is a graduate level role with a £18-£25k salary depending on level & experience.  


Role purpose; 

The key purpose of the role will be to develop generate services business via lead generation, direct sales and management of accounts. Delivering opportunities generation targets and reporting to the CEO / Sales Director

The key areas will be:

  • Generate leads and opportunities in enterprises for SAP Solutions & Bespoke software development
  • Manage the accounts and develop cross sales opportunities within existing clients
  • To plan and manage resources to deliver effectively and efficiently.
  • Broad technology and architecture understanding to be able to support sales & pre-sales
  • Work with the sales team to ensure the efforts are appropriately directed

Key responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Development - 70%
  • Account Management - 15%
  • Provide pre-sales support, business and technical collaboration - 15%
  • Work with senior management to establish marketing and sales plans, and additional market development within target verticals
  • Coordinates activities with clients and partners to further establish the business penetration within specific verticals
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Understands a strategy to approach prospective clients
  • Collaborates with the sales teams to develop programs for technical or vertical solutions

Requirements of the role:


  • A minimum of 2:1 degree.
  • Good understanding of business and marketing management processes
  • Any previous experience in verticals like: Financial Services, Retail/CPG, or Manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of how the software services industry works
  • An understanding and demonstrated aptitude in managing and leveraging relationship sell to the point on securing technical, business, and executive alignment in a prospect account
  • Self-starter with strong drive to succeed
  • Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
  • Fluent in English, other languages

Desirable Technical Knowledge:

  • Solution Architecture
  • Java / J2EE / Microsoft technologies experience
  • Knowledge Business Analysis
  • Knowledge of reporting processes or service delivery processes
