This is a permanent role offering £20k - £24K depending on experience, based in Covent Garden

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Responsible for driving Rebooking Revenue from relevant clients within an agency patch, in line with pod targets
  • Ensuring correct setup of campaigns, spanning pixel setup, 3rd party reports, KPIs and relaying key client information to Trading team
  • Ensuring campaigns are live on time by working with TechOps, clients and relevant creative partners
  • Managing client expectations and delivering on these to maximise growth opportunity with clients
  • Working with Traders to ensure delivery and pacing are on track
  • Gathering position on plan feedback on their accounts and relaying this to Traders to align commercial growth objectives

  • Reconciliations
  • Supporting Account Managers
  • Assist Account Managers with campaign PCAs

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and, at times, manage a large workload
