An up and-coming media company, who work with the likes of Adidas and Redbull. They help brands and agencies build engagement through a combination of data science and the art of story-telling.


This is a 3 month level internship, based in Central London, paying £19-21k per annum, designed to lead to a permanent graduate position. 

Day to day responsibilities of the position:

  • Ensuring all reconciling items from the bank feed are accurately reconciled in Xero with appropriate digital support for each transaction. This includes the following:
    • Exporting the monthly bank statement for the company Business Prepaid card and importing it in Xero before the end of the month
    • Sourcing the transactions support from relevant individuals
Accounts Payable
  • Posting supplier invoices in Xero as per the Ts&Cs in the correct General Ledger Account and assigning Production Costs to the correct Project
  • Ensuring that supplier payments are made on a timely basis
  • Ensuring that our Employees’ Authorised Expenses are paid on a weekly basis
Accounts Receivable
  • Working closely with the Sales team members and ensuring that correct procedures are followed when generating Sales invoices
  • Ensuring that sales invoices are allocated in the correct revenue stream
  • Ensuring that Sales invoices are emailed to clients for payment when due
  • Chasing overdue invoices with the relevant client
  • Dealing with our Banks (HSBC) representatives when banking issues arise
  • Help the CFO with ad hoc reporting tasks

  • An accounting degree is desirable but not mandatory.
