Our client is a London-based fast-growing online marketing agency, providing online marketing, websites and software to estate agents and lettings agents across the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls/emails or online chat in regards to service-related inquiries
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure resolution is within a timely manner, ensuring tasks are set to the appropriate priority levels
  • Maintain in-depth customer management to retain customers and increase customer satisfaction
  • Respond to inquiries to provide technical assistance and support
  • Any other duties as appropriately assigned by management

Key Requirements:

  • Fantastic ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of HTML is essential
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a support/helpdesk environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
  • An aptitude for problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a fast paced Tech/SaaS company is a distinct advantage
  • Freshdesk/Zendesk systems experience also preferable
