  • To act as the main day-to-day consultant on Voice of the Customer client accounts
  • To advise clients on the best solutions to address their needs
  • To manage all aspects of project scoping and planning including defining and prioritising deliverables, agreeing timings and costs and identifying risks/issues
  • To manage the commercials on all projects
  • To identify ways to evolve the programme to ensure it remains fit for purpose
  • To present key insights to clients and recommend actions to drive improvement and ultimately deliver ROI
  • To identify ways to grow client accounts
  • To liaise with third party organisations/partners as part of project delivery
  • To work alongside the technical team to manage each client account
  • To work closely with the R&D team to understand different client offerings



  • experience in a market research operations or insight role
  • You will have worked in a role where your primary focus was project management or client handling
  • Experience of programming using Decipher or Confirmit (knowledge of other platforms would be advantageous)
  • Proven experience of working with SPSS or other data processing tools
  • Have experience and knowledge of web technology, online panels and databases
