Specialists in Targeted Social Video Advertising, our client provides an AI driven platform that allows brands and agencies to deliver their ads (across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Amazon) with far greater relevance than is currently available elsewhere.

They are a young, exciting start-up with headquarters in Central London, and a further presence in New York and Sydney.

Shortlisted for the Sunday Times Top 100 to watch, their clients include the likes of Adobe, Chanel, Tiffany & Co, Colgate, Toyota, EA Games and Disney. 


This is a permanent graduate position, based in Fitzrovia, paying £20-24k per annum.

The Role:

We're looking for a technically minded graduate to join in an Ad Ops position. You'll be responsible for setting up, optimising and reporting on our video ad campaigns on YouTube and other platforms including Facebook and Amazon  - it's predominantly a very technical role, that requires a good eye for detail.

However we would like someone with a slight creative edge to them - part of the role entails creating some marketing collateral and client proposals. So someone with a personal interest in photoshop (and ideally Indesign) would be really useful. 

How you can expect to spend your day:

  • Work cohesively with various internal departments to strategise, implement and oversee the delivery of ad campaigns
  • Test and traffic new campaigns and 3rd party tracking
  • Proactively optimise campaigns at regular intervals and communicate delivery concerns
  • Provide internal and external technical support for campaign related issues
  • Develop highly professional campaign and insight reports and regular metric-based reporting to all areas of the business
  • Understand and follow internal processes, suggest improvements where appropriate
  • Manage and prioritise own workload, take ownership of all assigned tasks and provide output within the deadlines
  • Provide feedback to the development team on product requirements
  • Support the sales team in the design of marketing collateral and client proposals 

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • A fairly recent graduate
  • Analytically minded
  • Strong comfort with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Self-motivated and a driven to succeed within a team environment
  • Able to use Photoshop and ideally Indesign. 
  • Has examples of digital design ready to showcase


  • Background in trafficking and optimisation
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • An understanding of the video ad ecosystem and YouTube in particular
