Our client provides media intelligence and eCommerce analytics to  the Fashion and Beauty industry. Their platform enables PR, Marketing, Sales and Pricing teams to monitor, evaluate and improve media campaigns and promotional investments.

The platform offers a total market view covering all companies, brands, lines and products within the industry helping brands build the most effective media and online sales strategies.

Clients include L’Oreal, Unilever and Clarins to name three.


This is a 3 month internship paying £1,625 per month with the intention of converting to a permanent job. 

How can you expect to spend your day?

You will join the company as an Account Management and Marketing Intern which will provide excellent learning and development opportunity across a broad range of commercial activities. You will regularly liaise with a number of different teams making this is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in media, tech or marketing. 

Tasks you can expect to be responsible for include: 

Account Management 

  • Learn how the company platform works and adds value to their clients. 
  • Dealing with client queries on the phone and via email to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.  
  • Liaising with the Data Team regarding the evaluation of online, social and print PR coverage.  
  • Owning and mastering the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure contacts are up to date as well as clients invoiced in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare for the weekly sales meeting by providing the Sales Director and CEO with an accurate sales report for the week. 
  • Train clients on using aspects of the company platform both remotely and face to face. 


  • Be responsible for producing the weekly newsletters and beauty reports highlighting data insight and solutions. 
  • Animate the content section of the company website via the CMS. 
  • Report on the email newsletter’s performance e.g. open rates, responses, demographics.
  • Create short online content for marketing purposes and maintain the new and existing client contact database. 

What are the ideal candidate’s skills, personality and qualifications?

  • Educated to degree level.
  • A keen eye for detail and able to easily spot the missing bit of data.
  • Prior experience in a client services or customer facing role would be a bonus but not a pre-requisite. 
  • Able to prioritise workload as required and stay calm under pressure. 
  • Strong written English and enjoys writing copy to brief.
  • Prior marketing experience would be a bonus e.g. content writing, social media marketing. 
  • An interest in beauty, fashion and media is preferred.
  • Prior office administration experience would be a bonus.
