Our client is the UK’s number one entertainment specialist media agency with over 50 clients in the film, DVD, gaming, music, fashion, retail, mobile, and leisure industries. They’re one of UK’s fastest growing and largest independent media agencies.  


This is a permanent graduate level position, paying £22k per annum.

The Role and responsibilities:

The position will have a real emphasis on training and development within advertising online for films, allowing the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and expertise of the following areas of digital media:-

Campaign set-up:

  • Develop understanding of the initial set up of social, video and display campaigns.
  • Gaining experience in buying, managing and optimising active campaigns.
  • Learning how to analyse campaign performance and report on findings.
  • Ensure all activity has been fully tracked and accounted for, and all IOs match client’s plans.
  • Liaising with third part ad server to ensure booked plans match booked inventory. 
  • Post campaign analysis documents – learning how to produce a fully detailed report and accompanying account team to present and feedback results.

Supporting relevant account managers:

  • Develop skills in competitive analysis, compiling status reports for clients on a weekly basis, campaign data analysis plus develop communication skills in sharing any relevant information with the team.

Account management:

  • Strengthen your time management skills; liaising with your team to laydown requirements for the week, and determine list of priority, whilst ensuring prioritisation of client requests. 

Internal accountabilities:

  • Liaise with relevant team members in planning and implementation of campaigns.
  • Take an interest in the media marketplace and key media for their clients,
  • Sharing any relevant knowledge within the team

External communications:

  • Sit in on regular media owner meetings with all relevant partners enabling you to build strong relationships
  • Present a professional outlook to all external partners.

The role will be fast paced and so you will need to be organised and proactive. You will be working with a variety of clients and so will gain experience in different digital sectors. Our client is looking for someone who is dynamic, confident, analytical, a social media monster who is interested in digital media and tech! It is also beneficial if the candidate has an interest in film.
