An innovative online business allowing users to send gifts to friends via social media, typically from beauty brands through partnerships including Bare Minerals, Benefit Cosmetics, Pepsi Max and Cadbury. In return the platform enables brands to acquire loyal customers through the power of social media recommendation. This is an expanding company with offices in both London and Newcastle.

 

This is a 3 month internship paying £1,250 per month with the view of converting to a permanent job paying £20,000 - £25,000 + bonus. 

How can you expect to spend your day?
You will join the account management and client services team responsible for managing user accounts and troubleshooting any issues where possible. 

Tasks you can expect to learn about and undertake include: 

  1. Develop a deep understanding of how the company’s unique platform and business model work. 
  2. Work within the client services team to setup, execute and manage client campaigns.  
  3. Liaise with key external suppliers and partnerships to ensure supply of products is managed efficiently. 
  4. Learn how to build client relationships and identify new areas of business opportunity. 
  5. Research and identify potential new product partnerships. 
  6. Contribute to the company blog and social media channels to help raise brand awareness and promote the service where possible. 
  7. Contribute to the business development of the company by feeding back with what works in terms of developing brand awareness. 
  8. Work with the marketing manager to help develop a strategy for continued growth through the production of regular and engaging content. 
  9. Report into the Head of Client Services.
