We're looking for an Account Manager with a proven background of working with clients from within the AdTech world, and a passion for forward-thinking advertising solutions, to help this great company manage their growing customer base in the UK and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of campaigns
  • Updating and educating clients on campaign progress
  • Strategically up-selling the company and wider products to clients
  • Providing support to the wider sales team

We want someone who is bright, outgoing and tech-savvy. You will be unique in your ability to combine interpersonal skills in managing partners, as well as adept at analytical reporting. You are a creative thinker, who is always looking for new ways to solve problems and deliver value for clients. Most important of all you will be HIGHLY detail-oriented.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated digital, native, and video platform knowledge
  • Experience of working with (or in) media buying agencies or with brands directly
  • Clear knowledge of digital and emerging media landscapes
  • Be a strategic thinker
  • Have the ability to understand complex advertising products
  • Able to find creative solutions for client problems
  • Highly organised and adept at time management
  • Confident with the ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable having conversations with global marketers at all levels
  • You must be an excellent communicator, whether by email, by phone, or in person.
  • Honours-level degree
  • Experience with SalesForce is desirable
