Their proprietary platform is composed of mindset mapping and social listening (Brand Intelligence), audience intelligence, omnichannel media planning and buying and advanced analytics.
Through these solutions, our client can enable advertisers to truly understand the advertising landscape, harness valuable data, build differentiated segments, and execute on this data across digital channels including social. Fantastic client list including AirBnb, Evian, and Spotify.
The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients for day to day account needs, and is responsible for cultivating relationships to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
? Manage paid social campaigns across multiple markets ensuring target results are met / exceeded, and
? successful learnings shared and implemented
? Assist with effective paid social campaign strategy and execution through targeting using all available data
? Be an expert across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Linkedin) and offer
insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
? Take a strong role in Client meetings presenting reporting, media plans and new strategic initiatives developed
for the client. Add value and affirm leadership on the account
? Maintain a high level of accuracy in reporting and planning at all times
? Strong internal communication skills are necessary with ability to report upwards to senior peers, brief in
various departments effectively and cooperate with our Finance team
? Ensure that all client issues and requests are dealt with efficiently
? Ensure that spend is on track month on month and that client targets are hit each quarter
The ideal candidate
? 3 years of experience and a proven track record of setting up and managing complex paid social campaigns
? Strong analytical skills and data driven perspective
