This is a 6 month internship paying the annual equivalent of £23k -£25k with the potential to lead to a permanent graduate job.

Key responsibilities of the role;

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning new skills and technology. You will join the tech team as an IT Support Analyst to offer support on our bespoke financial software and Salesforce platform.

This role will be working very closely with the Change & Release manager and Salesforce platform specialists, who will be providing guidance and support, whilst allowing you to be hands on.

This is a 6 month internship with the potential to be extended or converted to a permanent position.

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

  • An academic qualification in IT or a relevant field / demonstrable interest/capability in this sector
  • Energetic and hardworking individual
  • Ability to prioritise workload when required
  • Strong business analysis skills using relevant tools including JIRA & Excel (advantageous)
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
  • Serve as the "go to" person for in-house users
  • Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for future enhancement
  • Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation
  • Assist with managing and planning new releases
  • Assist with and learn about on-going customisation of and alteration to company platforms
