Information on the company

Our client is a boutique merchant bank focused on providing structured access to African markets. They were established to capitalize and contribute to the emergence of the continent's middle class driven by strong economic growth, demographic trends, and urbanisation. They are involved in three main business activities: corporate advisory, deal origination and deal placement. They are sector / country agnostic and will typically look to advise private companies with an EV of $10m-$100m.

Their unique selling point is access to capital through Invest Africa (IA), a member only networking platform almost exclusively composed of High Net Worth’s, Family Offices, Private Equity firms and major corporations. They service and monetize IA's membership base and the founders’ unique relationships in the Diaspora.
