The role will be working as part of the supply chain team as an adminitrator / anlyst depending on experience reporting directly to the supplychain manager. You'll be working within the UK’s leading Global Sourcing and Manufacturing Solutions provider. The role is a pinnacle part of the team, and the fundamental glue that cements many elements of the day-to-day running of business.

Day-to-day activities will include:

Plan stock flow and support short- and medium-term stock planning

  • Support with Inventory Management / levels / SMS and weeks stock targets
  • Management and development of suppliers to ensure continuity of stock and improve supply
  • Working closely with overseas team as required
  • Drive activity surrounding Continuous improvement
  • Working closely with internal customers on delivery and stock levels
  • Supporting the freight processes when applicable
  • Ensure OTIF deliveries and progress OTIF actions from Monthly data
  • Collate data for Supply Chain activities and KPI’s monthly or upon request.
  • Work on current or new projects that fit in line with improving any of the above responsibilities.
  • Create and support supply chain management strategies in line with KPI’s
