The role supports the various teams within Scheduling team by developing and maintaining a suite of reports and provide analysis. Embedded in the scheduling team this role identifies patterns for improvement in the schedule build, slot management and optimisation process.


  • Creates, enhances and maintains a suite of regular analysis and reports.
  • Supports the Scheduling Leadership team with insights and measurement points during the various stage of schedule and slot management. Provides for meaningful KPIs analysis in regards to the relevant processes.
  • Identifies levers for improvements on On-Time-Performance, Contribution improvement and slot risk using existing datasets from the scheduling and operations systems as well as optimisation tools.
  • Works closely with the Senior Schedule Analyst to create data visibility, including cleaning of data and establishing dashboard.
  • Supports the leadership team with adhoc analysis and reports as needed, mainly during special projects.
  • Documents, manages and reports on processes in the Scheduling environment in close interaction with relevant team leaders.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to align reporting methodology and processes.

  • Educated to degree level with first experiences in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in data-modelling and data-interrogation.
  • Experience in process and data documentation.
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools / dashboard. Knowledge of Tableau of advantage.
  • Experience in an airline operations or scheduling environment of advantage.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS-Office products including Excel, Powerpoint.
  • SQL-affluent, knowledge in Tableau of advantage.
